Get Inside The Ring
Donated by Matchroom Boxing, the ring is where you can spar, shadow box, and hit the pads with your trainer to get your form perfected and your blood pumping!
Hit The Bags
The boxing bags is where you will spend the most time when training and is the most important piece of equipment. On the left, you have the light bag (65 lbs), and on the right, you have your uppercut bag and two heavy bags (100 lbs).
Above each bag is a pull-up bar. Unlike some gyms, our bags leave space on each side to allow you to move around or hit with a partner. After all, they are made round to go around!
Work On Relfexes
In the back of the gym you’ll have two speed bags, and one double-end ball. Hop on the speed bag to increase hand speed, and eye-hand coordination, or move around the double-end ball and work on your reflexes and form.
Lock In
The locker room will be your first stop before starting your workout. Each member can choose a locker to store gloves, shoes, hand wraps, and more.
